Improved Pistol Range
Our Pistol range improvements are not yet completed but the backstop is now functional.
What is yet to be completed is the hanging of our steel targets, the range floor covered and the new shooting shack to be positioned and made functional and finally more steel targets set at various ranges.
Pistol Range Rules
Please NOTE
The Pistol Range is not yet completed but rules still apply with regards to safety and targets.
For now tailgate shooting will have to suffice until completions are made to address these issues. Markers have been placed so shooters will know distances to targets. The markers are at 10m, 20m and 30m from the backstop.
If more than one shooter is present then a firing line MUST be established, and an AGREED upon Range Master to control range safety.
ALL targets you post MUST be removed and disposed of when you leave. Read the FAQs for what you can shoot and can NOT shoot, if in doubt.
There is NO POSTING TARGETS to any of the structure and ONLY on the plywood backstop. The 6x6 structure is NOT for posting or shooting anything on or attached to it. Doing so may be problematic for your membership.
Its YOUR range, don't destroy it and keep it tidy for yourself and other members.
